About the .dnote Format
The .dnote format is DulyNote's portable archive format. It is a structured package that includes:
- All collection metadata (titles, tags, timestamps)
- All linked URLs with their saved metadata
- All attached files and media
- A digital signature for integrity verification
- Optional AES-256-GCM encryption layer
⚠️ Important
Store your Recovery Key in a secure location such as a password manager. DulyNote cannot recover it for you — it is never transmitted to or stored on any server.
