Inbox & Organization

Organize Collections

Tags, favorites, and search — three tools to keep your library organized no matter how large it grows.

DulyNote gives you flexible tools to organize your library without forcing a rigid folder structure. Everything is searchable, taggable, and filterable.

Tags

Tags are the primary way to organize items in DulyNote:

  • Add tags when saving: Assign one or more tags as you save any item.
  • Edit tags later: Long-press any item to edit its tags.
  • Filter by tag: Tap a tag in the tag bar to filter your library to matching items.
  • Multi-tag filtering: Select multiple tags to narrow results further.

Tags are free-form — use any words or phrases that make sense for your workflow.

Favorites

Mark any item as a Favorite to pin it to the top of your library view:

  • Tap the Star icon on any item to toggle favorite status.
  • Favorites appear in a dedicated section at the top of the main view.
  • Use favorites for items you access frequently or need to find quickly.

Search

DulyNote's search covers all item content:

  • Title and description: Full-text search across all saved metadata.
  • Tags: Search by tag name to find all matching items.
  • URL domain: Search by domain name to find all saved links from a specific site.

Search results appear instantly as you type, with no server round-trip required.

💡 Tip Use consistent tag naming conventions (e.g., always lowercase, hyphen-separated) to make filtering more predictable as your library grows.
